[PRQ#57756] Deletion Request for jdk16-microsoft-openjdk

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for jdk16-microsoft-openjdk [2]: Broken. EOL for close to 3 years. Also this is a foreign binary based package of the open-source jdk16-openjdk. No longer useful to keep. Repo carries jdk16-openjdk which is fully backwards-compatible with jdk16.
