[PRQ#43353] Deletion Request for dav1d-git-optimized

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for dav1d-git-optimized [2]: Unmaintained since 2021-01, patching fails since then as per last user comment. Name is wrong for a VCS package. 1 vote, and only 4 comments from 2021. Unclear how it is more "optimized" than regular build. But anyway this should be delete because of the wrong name.
