[PRQ#59862] Orphan Request for python-p5

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for python-p5 [2]: Unmaintained, broken, outdated. Defines a missing, unneeded dependency, python-dataclasses that was only for Python 3.6 (so it was not needed since Python 3.7's release in 2018). That module is unbuildable on Python 3.10+ (i.e., since 2021). Also flagged out-of-date since 2024-03-21.
