As far as I understand according to the page [1] the correct name is xcursor- oxygen-neon. But this package isn't updated since 2012 unlike xcursor-oxy-neon which is well maintained. I think we should merge xcursor-oxy-neo into xcursor-oxygen-neon and then we disown xcursor-oxygen-neon (now, since dynamo looks an inactive, or over disown request).
