[PRQ#58498] Deletion Request for python-visvis

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-visvis [2]: This library is deprecated and is no longer needed by any AUR builds. It was declared no longer developed by upstream 7 years ago. [a] Developer recommended Vispy as a more future-proof approach. That library is available on AUR and does have reverse dependencies. [b] 2 years ago, developer announce that they are working on a new alternative called PyGfx.
