[PRQ#51013] Deletion Request for clearlooks-colors-gtk-theme

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for clearlooks-colors-gtk-theme [2]: Discontinued Gtk2 desktop theme from 2008. Source unavailable (server unreachable). But if fixed, it wouldn't be useful to keep, as there is no longer any Gtk2 based desktop environment available in Arch/AUR repos.
