[PRQ#44339] Deletion Request for pixman-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for pixman-git [2]: Abandoned VCS pkg from 2020, created by @shoober420. With not quite correct pkgver, and some other packaging errors. But it seems no one wants to maintain it: 1 commenter mentioned the needed fixes in 2022-04, and all other comments are from 2018 and earlier.
