Martchus [1] filed a request to merge python-cmakelang [2] into cmake- format [3]: Since the cmake_format project is mainly about user-facing tools it makes more sense to omit the "python-" prefix and thus merge this package into cmake-format (which is likely also more popular at this point). To still be able to express a dependency to the contained Python module explicitly I've added a provide to cmake-format.
