[PRQ#60941] Merge Request for f32-backgrounds-fedoradesign

database64128 [1] filed a request to merge f32-backgrounds- fedoradesign [2] into f32-backgrounds [3]: Same as my merge request for f34-backgrounds-fedoradesign. This package exists because I had disagreements with the previous maintainer of f32-backgrounds over which upstream to use. They insisted using the Fedora RPM archive, which breaks the source URL all the time. Now that I'm the owner of the package, my -fedoradesign variant of the package can be merged into this one.
