[PRQ#57442] Deletion Request for retrosmart-qtcurve-theme

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for retrosmart-qtcurve-theme [2]: This Qt4/Gtk2/Qt5 theme is EOL since 6 years ago. [a] It is for KDE's QtCurve theming engine, which is EOL since 5 years ago and is broken, unbuildable on current Arch Linux. I think it's not useful to keep this package any longer.
