[PRQ#70367] Deletion Request for python-flakehell Accepted

Request #70367 has been Accepted by serebit [1]: Normally wouldn't accept deletion for a package with a maintainer, but the same maintainer also uploaded the flakeheaven package a month after their last update to flakehell, and the flakeheaven package has been orphaned.
