[PRQ#68271] Orphan Request for apron

MarsSeed [1] filed an orphan request for apron [2]: Flagged since 2024-11-04: upstream website & source unavailable (cannot resolve host). Current owner seems MIA since March of last year. AUR package unmaintained since 2018. Owner refused to update this in 2020 as per their AUR comment, even though upstream has moved to GitHub and made newer releases since 2019.
