[PRQ#49793] Deletion Request for garchdeps-git

a821 [1] filed a deletion request for garchdeps-git [2]: Orphan, one vote, no comments. Last upstream commit was in 2013. Broken because this is a `python2` script (though it "depends" on `python`) and because of the deprecated git:// protocol. It doesn't seem to be useful so I suggest deletion.
