[PRQ#75243] Deletion Request for chromium-ffmpeg-codecs-git

oech3 [1] filed a deletion request for chromium-ffmpeg-codecs-git [2]: This was workaround until ffmpeg 8.0 appear and use case of this is covered by vivaldi*ffmpeg-codecs.
