[PRQ#51322] Deletion Request for z-library

AsukaMinato [1] filed a deletion request for z-library [2]: Currently I am not sure whether z-library will open sourced, so temporary remove it.(I have e-mailed to official mailbox, waiting for reply) if it will, then merge this to z-library-bin if not, re-upload this package, and merge another to this one.
