MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-aiogram3 [2]: Unmaintained, broken package from 2021. Missing a dependency. Flagged by owner since 2022-06-25. There are no votes, and only owner commented once, in 2022. I recommend deletion: not useful to keep as is, and it seems no one is interested in this AUR pkg.
