[PRQ#52743] Deletion Request for qlipmon-git

vcalv [1] filed a deletion request for qlipmon-git [2]: I'm the maintainer and I'd like to delete the qlipmon-git package because I plan on maintaining only the qlipmon package which I'll release only when code is ready for production.
