[PRQ#58076] Deletion Request for archey3

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for archey3 [2]: EOL for 6 years. [a] Developer has also clarified that they won't get back to maintaining this utility. [b] Better to delete, there are already unresolved issues.
