[PRQ#59394] Deletion Request for python-literate-dataclasses

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-literate-dataclasses [2]: Broken EOL library, does not support Python 3.10+, because it is a fork of Python 3.7's standard dataclasses module (with self-contained docstring parameter support as an add-on). Obviously it lacks Python 3.10's additional dataclasses. AUR submitter is upstream. Last release on PyPI is from Aug 2022 [a], and submitter/developer has deleted their GitHub repo.
