MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for spidermonkey [2]: I suggest this abandoned legacy package can be deleted. Last updated in 2017. SpiderMonkey (released as LTS versions) is carried by Arch as: - https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/js78/ - https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/js91/ There is only 1 optional dependent (consumer): - AUR/python-pyexecjs.
