[aur-requests] [PRQ#22864] Deletion Request for creators-tf-launcher

HurricanePootis [1] filed a deletion request for creators-tf-launcher [2]: I forgot to add -bin to its name. Therefore, I am moving this PKGBUILD, which will be updated to reflect -bin, to a new repo because this PKGBUILD does not actually compile from source.
