[PRQ#49188] Deletion Request for libqmi-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libqmi-git [2]: Abandoned, broken VCS package from 2019, with non-monotonic pkgver(). Not useful to keep without maintainer attention. Upstream releases frequently, and Arch repo pushes those frequent updates to the stable extra/libqmi package.
