[PRQ#62911] Deletion Request for lua51-lgi-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lua51-lgi-git [2]: Badly packaged, missing the required conflicts entry, and the declaration of several direct binary-linked library dependencies (e.g. libffi, libgirepository). I don't think it's useful to keep this lua51-only VCS pkgbase. As upstream supports other versions of Lua as well. Arch/extra repo carries the lgi bindings packages for other Lua versions too.
