[PRQ#53952] Deletion Request for stf-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for stf-git [2]: Abandoned EOL project from 4 years ago. [a] Fails to build from source. Safe to delete. stf and stf-git were the only remaining dependents of AUR/nodejs6-bin, which conflicts with repo's nodejs and breaks thousands of packages.
