[aur-requests] [PRQ#35388] Deletion Request for python2-pyipv8-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-pyipv8-git [2]: Project dropped Python 2 support in Jan 2020 at the latest, so this python2-only VCS package can be deleted.
