Request #53527 has been Rejected by MarsSeed [1]: Closing non-owner's request. While a '-bin' suffix would be needed to adhere to AUR submission guidelines, it seems that wkhtmltopdf-static is much more competently and actively maintained than 'wkhtmltox-bin'.
