[aur-requests] [PRQ#35547] Orphan Request for librsb

forcegk [1] filed an orphan request for librsb [2]: I am using this library right now, and I wanted to keep it updated. Can not guarantee I will be taking care of it in the future, but at least I can try updating it to the last version, along with merging the only comment suggestion.
