[PRQ#62044] Deletion Request for ballontranslator-git

micwoj92 [1] filed a deletion request for ballontranslator-git [2]: Installation doesn't work as upstream changed directory layout in repository. 0 votes and only 1 comment which mentions that it fails to build. Even dependencies for this are not packaged, in .install file it says to use "pip install" for deps that are not packaged yet. I doubt this package ever worked as even the first commit message is "first commit that may or may not work".
