[PRQ#68197] Orphan Request for wechat

JoveYu [1] filed an orphan request for wechat [2]: We need a cleanly built package, such as wechat-bin. The maintainer of this package has been trying to add scripts and functions developed by themselves. seize the package name, replace other packages, and tamper with the wiki.This is not a maintenance method for a general package.
