[aur-requests] [PRQ#21712] Orphan Request for passivedns-git

hexhu [1] filed an orphan request for passivedns-git [2]: This package is installed to a non-standard location "/usr/local/". I flagged it OOD last month but the maintainer whoisroot has not responded yet. I also sent whoisroot a mail on Oct 5th, still waiting for a reply. BTW, back on Sept 10th I flagged it OOD (cuz a patch is required build it with gcc10) and got no response. A week later the patch got merged in upstream, so I withdrew that OOD request.
