[PRQ#58911] Deletion Request for hangups

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for hangups [2]: Discontinued and terminally broken, as Google has shut down the relevant Hangouts service and its API access points. Reverse dependency mautrix-hangouts-git is EOL and broken as well (deletion request PRQ#58910). It has been refractored into a new plugin called mautrix-googlechat, available on AUR.
