[PRQ#76619] Orphan Request for ffmpeg-obs

HurricanePootis [1] filed an orphan request for ffmpeg-obs [2]: Package currently fails to compile when set to a "full" build. Maintainer has been made aware and does not do anything to fix broken package, nor has been active in any response. Therefor, I am led to believe that this maintainer no longer has an interest in keeping a working copy of this package.
