MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for mingw-w64-gdk-pixbuf2-bin [2]: This binary package is two years old, outdated but no one flagged it. It is just a repackage of a pacman package hosted in MSYS2 repo. I recommend deletion. The latest binary can be downloaded from that repo.
