[aur-requests] [PRQ#36252] Deletion Request for ddnet-skins

rafaelff [1] filed a deletion request for ddnet-skins [2]: Source URL is broken because the upstream stopped providing a static URL of any kind. There are just javascript-generated language upon clicking in the Skin Database webpage. Besides, the DDNet Client (which would use this package) now has a feature of in-game skin download, so this package is no longer needed for the propose of seeing other users skins.
