[aur-requests] [PRQ#36451] Deletion Request for python2-palm

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-palm [2]: Orphaned package. Python Protobuf library module discontinued since 2013. [a] Sources gone (deleted) from PyPI. Current 'palm' module there is unrelated and has been published first in 2021. [b] Therefore I recommend to delete this defunct and deprecated package. Safe to do so: nothing on AUR depends on it and there are no user comments.
