As GPXsee (I don't know any other "widespread" SW using the plugin) is for a long time compiled using Qt6 in Arch, this package is of no use today and due to the broken CMake file (which is Arch/AUR specific, the QtPBFImagePlugin project does not ship that file) it even breaks compilation of other Qt5 packages, so I really do not see any reason for the package to exist...
Updating the package also does not make sense as the Qt6-based package definitely should have a different name like "qt6-pbfimageplugin".
