[PRQ#68333] Merge Request for aws-cli-v2-bin

nsyntych [1] filed a request to merge aws-cli-v2-bin [2] into aws-cli- bin [3]: From now on I will maintain the same exact package under the new name aws-cli-bin and I would like this to be merged to that so that there is not duplication.
