[aur-requests] [PRQ#19615] Deletion Request for hcc-git

acxz [1] filed a deletion request for hcc-git [2]: hcc-git has been deprecated by upstream and as such the rocm-arch (https://github.com/rocm-arch) is dropping support for it.
