[PRQ#48166] Deletion Request for python2-ftputil

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python2-ftputil [2]: This Python2 module pkg which does not set its file/directory access attributes correctly is not needed anymore. The mcedit packages are dead since 2018/2019, and there is a newer alternative. See deletion requests PRQ#46346, PRQ#46347.
