[PRQ#46214] Deletion Request for libad9361-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for libad9361-git [2]: Unmaintained VCS package from 2021, out of alignment with repo's packaging of the same. With non-monotonic pkgver(), which also unnecessarily uses a web query instead of 'git describe'. I recommend deletion: repo's stable package should be sufficient to keep.
