[PRQ#70367] Deletion Request for python-flakehell

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for python-flakehell [2]: EOL since 2021, broken: does not work with current python-flake8. The package is also missing a nonexistent dependency. Maintained continuation fork is called flakeheaven. There's a (currently outdated orphan) package on AUR for the latter, called 'python-flakeheaven'.
