[PRQ#65717] Deletion Request for sysupdated-systemd-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for sysupdated-systemd-git [2]: Badly named systemd VCS package. And an unneeded duplicate of AUR/systemd-git. [a] Because the latter also has the new 'sysupdated' component, due to the fact that both packages set the meson option '-Dmode=developer', and in that mode, 'sysupdated' is auto-enabled since a recent commit (2024-10-31).
