[aur-requests] [PRQ#28780] Orphan Request for openrsc-launcher-bin

Dr-Bracket [1] filed an orphan request for openrsc-launcher-bin [2]: Build no longer works, contacted package owner's email with working PKGBUILD + improvements and tried to find the owner in the relevant community Discord but no luck. I would like to become maintainer of this build but am happy to return it if Jae comes back.
