[PRQ#41489] Deletion Request for kdecoration-kwinft

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for kdecoration-kwinft [2]: Duplicate of extra/kdecoration, with misleading name (no difference at all in actual build configuration). Also this is a VCS package but the AUR package name does not reflect that. But overall this is completely redundant.
