[aur-requests] [PRQ#14693] Merge Request for victory-gtk-theme

sagaciouszu [1] filed a request to merge victory-gtk-theme [2] into victory-gtk-theme-git [3]: I would like to merge into the -git because there isn't really a "standard" version if my understanding of AUR naming conventions are correct.
