MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for openmodelica-dev-omc [2]: 6 year old dev package, upstream repo archived since 2019. [a] Only other, similarly defunct and old dev packages depend on this. Upstream seems to have migrated to a new monorepo, and no longer releases unstable/preview snapshots, only stable tags and nightly builds.
