[PRQ#47452] Deletion Request for puppet5

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for puppet5 [2]: Abandoned legacy puppet v5. Conflicts with extra/puppet (currently v7). Not useful to keep. AUR/mcollective depends on this, but that has been deprecated and discontinued by upstream since 2019. I've submitted the latter for deletion (PRQ#47451) .
