[aur-requests] [PRQ#22460] Orphan Request for theharvester-git

dkasak [1] filed an orphan request for theharvester-git [2]: Re-doing the orphan request as well. For context, the owners of theharvester-git and python-theharvester- git (which I filed separately to be merged into theharvester-git) have been unresponsive for several months.
