[PRQ#42694] Deletion Request for lib32-icu-git

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for lib32-icu-git [2]: Abandoned VCS package from 2021. Owner MIA since then. Does not implement expected pkgver(). Current .SRCINFO "pkgver = 68.2" is fake: pkgver() just counts the number of commits and appends the short-hash. But there's no point in keeping this package. 0 comments, 1 vote.
