[PRQ#62362] Deletion Request for unicon

MarsSeed [1] filed a deletion request for unicon [2]: Abandoned pkg, fails to build since 2022 (as per AUR comment). As of today there are additional reasons for build failure: passing argument(s) from incompatible pointer types (this is an error on gcc 14). Upstream has not released any new version since 2020. [a] It seems a git build could be viable, as upstream has switched to a rolling maintenance model, only publishing git commits, but not tags.
